BEST experience EVER since I left California 2 years ago. I lived my small town pharmacy there. I have switched pharmacies twice, now a third time trying to find my new small, friendly, helpful pharmacy AND staff. Smiling faces of the 2 staff members when I walked in. I watched the interactions while I waited. Friendly and very helpful to the 2 customers there. When it was my turn David welcomed me, THANKED me for choosing Shelton pharmacy. All my information was already on file. Helped me with my needs, chatted as if we were going to be friends forever. SUCH a difference from past experiences here in Washington. I have found my new final pharmacy.
The whole staff except for Dina is so friendly, and the pharmacist Srini is phenomenal. David is the best looking pharmacy technician in Shelton, except on Tuesdays when he's in Olympia.
Very nice people working here. They treat clients like human beings. I got my Mother's prescriptions here for several years. They remembered her name and were very compassionate with her. Once she ran out of important medication before the renewal went through and they gave us a few pills out of the prescription to tide her over. I really cannot recommend this business enough. It's so much better than the corporate grocery store pharmacy experience.
This pharmacy is awesome, they are fast, nice and I like all of the employees.
All personnel at this pharmacy have been wonderful on each and every visit or phone call. They are friendly, engaging and professional. They always answer my questions thoroughly with patience. I first used their services (4-years ago) to receive a series of vaccinations I normally would at my Preferred Provider, due to unforseen circumstances. They have been the best in terms of efficiency and the least discomfort from a shot. I highly recommend them to anyone in Mason County especially for newcomers as there truly is a Shelton freeze.

I love this pharmacy!! I’ve always have a positive experience with the staff and service is A+. Switched to Shelton Pharmacy as another one just wasn’t up to par anymore. They would consistently be out of a medication and I called around town no one could get it. Called Shelton Pharmacy and they had it because they use a different vendor. That day I switched and never looked back! They are always prompt with phone calls and there’s hardly any wait time compared with the other one. So glad I changed!
